Blues night fun at the Mill
Recently voted Female Vocalist of the Year in the British Blues Awards, the singer songwriter and band leader has also credited gospel, soul, country and rock music as having a major influence on her work.
She will cover a broad range of soulful material on the evening through a variety of heartfelt original songs, as well as giving her own take on some popular classics.

Hide AdAfter initially emerging as an independent artist, Jo’s debut album ‘Dirt on My Tongue’ was released to great critical acclaim back in 2013.
It’s success ultimately led to her being signed by highly respected record label V2 in Europe, which represents some of the industry’s biggest names, including Adele and Mumford and Sons.
Last summer also saw the release of a new album recorded by the BBC, entitled Jo Harman and Company - Live at the Royal Albert Hall.
Jo’s career has continued to progress from strength to strength, with her success carrying over into 2015.

Hide AdShe was recently announced as one of the headline acts for Bluesfest at the O2 in November and has been asked to participate in the Art for Amnesty International programme.
The latter will see her perform at a number of prestigious events across the world, alongside Yoko Ono, Joan Baez and Patti Smith.
The evening in Banbury forms part of her ongoing international tour.
Jo Harman and Company will perform at The Mill on Friday, June 5.
