Community rallies to help local traders as shops in Lutterworth reopen their doors
The shopkeepers and business people of Lutterworth have hailed the community spirit and support they have received after reopening their doors yesterday (Monday).
Many shops, pubs, hairdressers and restaurants reopened across the country for the first time in months as the country gradually eases out of lockdown.

Hide AdAnd socially distanced shoppers returned to the centre of Lutterworth with their masks to show their support to the local traders.
The barbers and hairdressers certainly had a busy day but they were delighted to be back, doing what they do best.
"It's been amazing to be back," said Michelle Weston of Snippers Barbers.
"We had 100 customers booked in for the first day and we have had tremendous support from the locals."

Hide AdThere were plenty of smiles in the sunshine, with a buzz of excitement in the town.
Simon Jones of Max Electricial said: "It's great to see and speak to all our lovely customers again."
Emma Swain, owner of Whites Florist, added: "I can't wait to welcome back all our customers, the shop is fully stocked and ready to go!"
