Musical whodunnit by true Broadway greats
Curtains, by Kander, Ebb and Holmes, runs from Monday July 11 to Saturday July 16.
The plot is a spoof of the typical backstage murder mystery. It begins with the murder of the star of Robbin’ Hood Of The Old West during the opening night curtain call. The police, in the form of Frank Cioffi, are called – and audiences will discover whether he will solve the case, find love and avoid being murdered himself.

Director Stephen Duckham said: “The combination of a very funny ‘musical’ musical comedy and a murder mystery makes this Broadway show appealing on a number of levels.
“Kander and Ebb are the longest-running songwriting partnership in the history of Broadway, and Curtains is packed with toe-tapping tunes.”
Des McCann, playing Detective Cioffi, said: “I’m delighted to be part of the team bringing this funny ‘whodunnit’ musical play to Kenilworth. I know audiences are going to love this fast-paced show and have an entertaining evening.”
