Car crash on A46 near Warwick
Two ambulances, an emergency care practitioner and a senior paramedic attended the scene of the incident, which happened at about 1pm.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “On arrival crews found five vehicles which had been involved in a collision.

Hide AdDespite extensive damage to a number of the vehicles, no one was trapped.
“The driver of one car, a 22-year-old-man, suffered neck pain, knee pain and had a nasty fracture to his wrist.
“Crews administered pain relief to the man, dressed and splinted his arm and immobilised him with a neck collar and spinal board before he was transferred by land ambulance on blue lights to Warwick Hospital.
“The driver of another car, a woman, had neck pain and suffered minor facial injuries.

Hide Ad“She received treatment on scene before being taken to Warwick Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
“Five other people were walking wounded with minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.”
