Grand concert for new hall at Warwick School
The Orchestra of the Swan, which has performed around the world, will be playing alongside Warwick School and Kings High School pupils at the new Warwick Hall on Saturday October 1.
Among those performing with the orchestra is baritone singer Roderick Williams, who has sung as a soloist during the BBC’s Last Night of the Proms.

Hide AdWarwick School pupil Archie Whitby will also perform as a soloist with the orchestra in the Elgar Cello Concerto, and the premiere of a new work for male voices by Warwick School pupil Sam Young will also feature.
Debbie Liggins, from the Orchestra of the Swan, said: “We’re delighted to have been invited to perform the first professional concert held at Warwick Hall.
“The evening will provide a unique opportunity for the School’s students to engage with professional musicians whilst raising money for the school’s very important bursary appeal.
“It’s also a big coup for the students to perform alongside an international celebrity such as Roderick Williams.”

Hide AdLeamington law firm Wright Hassall is sponsoring the inaugural concert, which has been arranged to mark the completion of the Warwick Hall and to raise funds for the Warwick School Bursary Appeal.
