Today (Tuesday March 23) is a day of reflection to mark the anniversary of the UK's first Covid lockdown.

Louise Perkins sent in this photo of her with her husband Rick who passed away on January 19 2021 from Covid-19. Louise said: "He was such a kind caring husband ,dad and pappy."

Brenda Molly Smith, better known as Nanny B, passed away from Covid-19 on January 22, 2021, aged 94. She is pictured with her brother-in-law Philip Enstone. Brenda's granddaughter Jayne Blacks said: "She had a fall on Christmas evening and broke her hip. She had an operation on boxing day and tested negative for Covid. But ten days later she became unwell and tested positive and then went down hill very fast an was all alone in hospital throughout the weeks she was poorly. We as a family still can't believe it could happen to us."

David Asker died of Covid-19 on January 28 2021. This photo was taken on his daughter Amanda's wedding day in 2015. He lived in Stockton and has been described by Amanda as "a lovely dad".

Debi O'Hare lost her aunty Breda Punch (pictured) to Covid-19 on April 16 2020. She was 81 and had spent some time in hospital after breaking her shoulder when she caught Coronavirus.
