Despite their healthy lead, the visitors, remained resolute to lay a marker down for the upcoming play-offs, something which pleased coach Tom Masterson.
“I’m really pleased for the players and so proud of the whole squad,” said Masterson.
“Although all the team were magnificent today, I have to make a special mention to the team’s MVP Richard Daffern, who led from the start and galvanised such a strong display by the team.”
The Bears are in play-off action at Worcester Arena on the weekend of May 30 and 31.
