Fans of Brakes, bangers and Ascot in for a right Royal treat at Warwick
The highlight of the evening’s racing is the Voute Sales Warwickshire Oaks Stakes (Listed Race) run over an extended mile-and-a-quarter and won last year by The Queen’s Set To Music.
Leamington FC season ticket holders and Brakes Trust members can enjoy the evening’s racing free of charge, courtesy of the racecourse.

“We look forward to welcoming our friends from Brakes once again and sharing in their celebrations.”
Gates open at 4.20pm, with the first of six races due off at 6.20pm
Thursday sees the course hosting Alternative Ascot and there will be a free Pimms reception for the first 100 through the gates in full morning attire.

Hide AdThere’s also the opportunity for one lucky couple in morning dress to be crowned ‘King and Queen’ of Warwick Racecourse for the day with a prize package including a three-course meal in the course’s 1707 Restaurant plus the chance to select a best turned out horse and present mementos to some of the winning owners.
“The beauty of horse racing is being able to hold two completely different themed race meetings just days apart,” said Williams.
